Repeated Outages - Again
In the past 30 days, I've had 7 outages to our gigabit service which included system notification of outages in my area. The seven dates were 12/9, 12/23, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/30/25, and now 1/2/26. This is nothing new, other than the higher frequency during this period. In 2025, June was the only calendar month without at least one outage (some months had 3, but December was the kicker with 6 outages during the month). I'd go into details on why this is unacceptable, but it's nothing unique to us (work from home, Master's program student in the house, etc.). Is there anything that would justify this sort of outage frequency? Anything at all? Give me one reason not to leave Xfinity... What is going on and why should I stay as a customer?
