Repeated loss of bandwidth affecting neighborhood?
My neighbors and I are experiencing drops of our internet connection repeatedly and resetting the router does not help. Chat is useless. Please explain what else we can try. My router is only 4 months old and it is rented from Comcast and we've had 3 technicians here in the past 3 months... someone mentioned it might be a regional problem (a node issue), but no outages are reported on the Comcast site.
