Reoccurring Daily Internet Outages
I am here to report persistent, intermittent internet connectivity issues that have been occurring daily for several weeks. Prior to June/July, my connection was rock solid, but it has since become unreliable. I have begun documenting these outages as they occur as the frequency has reached an unacceptable level. These outages usually only last a couple minutes but its enough to disconnect all my sessions/VPN connections.

These outages affect both wireless and wired devices. When the connection drops, I am unable to ping any external IP addresses or access the internet, though my local network remains functional. My Xfinity modem is currently in bridge mode, which limits my ability to perform local diagnostics. However, if I troubleshoot from the device directly connected to the Xfinity modem, I can't get past the modem to reach the internet. While the automated chat assistant reports that my signal levels are fine, the reality of the experience suggests otherwise.
As both my wife and I work from home, this is significantly impacting our productivity. Hopefully this can be escalated to a technician or representative who can investigate the stability of my connection beyond the basic signal checks provided by the chat assistant.
TIA
