Removing Xfi Pod

Hi, I'm trying to remove the pods from my account to try to reinstall them (this has helped me in the past) and while using the Xfinity App or using the website I have the "Remove Pod" link greyed out.

 

When using the app I'm unable to remove getting an error "We're having some trouble" Please try again. If the problem persist, check back later" I've been having the same error show up since yesterday.

Same for me. I’m very disappointed I ever purchased the pods. This was the biggest waste of money for me with xfinity.
