removing temporary line
I have had a temporary line on the ground since January 29. 2025. It took until May 3rd for them to put the buried line in, but they were unable to connect it to the pole. So, they left the temporary line to my house. The problem is I keep tripping on this line every time I go into my back yard. I have reported it as a tripping hazard, and nobody has come to remove the temporary line and hook my underground line to the pole. I have called customer service many times and it does no good. I now have a hip injury from tripping on the line. My signal is terrible when it rains with this line because it has been exposed to the elements for so long and all the little critters are chewing on it. Plus, it runs through my neighbor's yard, and he is damaging it doing yard work. What do I have to do to get house hooked up to the underground line and the temporary line removed?
