Removing Offline devices from the browser interface

Using the Xfinity app on my phone I was able to forget a device but the device is still showing as a disconnected device in the Browser interface.  I wanted to add the device back in with my own host name but I get the error of duplicate MAC addresses.  There are also many offline devices that were part of the system before I installed the xFi modem that won't be added back in.  I would like to remove all offline devices, but I have not found a way to do this yet.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
