Remove Offline Devices in Network Admin Tool

I received a replacement/upgraded gateway and installed it today.  When I got everything online, I found 5 or 6 devices that were not previously on my network.  I used the "Forget Device" option in the xfinity app, and they no longer show there, but they still show in the browser based admin tool - http://10.0.0.1/connected_devices_computers.jst.  I want to remove these from the list, but the admin tool doesn't give the option to add/remove devices.

Do I need to factory reset the gateway and start from scratch?

Many functions are no longer available through the admin tool. The best way to have control of that device is to keep it paused. If you prefer not to see it, you can unpause and forget the device. If you don't want it to ever connect, the best thing to do is change the password for your home Wi-Fi network.
