Remove Hotspot

Hi,

The past 2 days internet has been freezing. And cutting out for long periods. I have reset it, unplugged it and I noticed that usually my infinity wifi has the lock next to it. But now it doesn't.  I'm nor sure it that has something to do with it. But I would like my taken back off. I don't want my internet shated. I hope this will fix it. I tried to do it myself but I can't find it
