Remove devices from my WiFi

I need to remove devices that are connected to my WiFi. I’d also like to speak with someone on a discount. I have ebt and they said through Xfinity I can lower my bill.

@user_z7vdnn, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. Here is some information on how to Personalize and control your home network using the Xfinity app, it covers managing and removing connected devices. We also offer the Internet Essentials plan, more information along with the qualification requirements can be found using the link. Let me know how that helps.

I understand, @user_4i6h0s . If you'd like to cancel services you no longer want and have any camera services removed, I can help with the next steps.

To process a disconnection request, I'll need:

The date you'd like the services disconnected.
The mailing address where you'd like your final billing statement sent (if different from your service address).

If you can please send me a DM with your full first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
You must use the primary Xfinity ID
