Remove device

There is a device on my network that I'm not aware of and I'm trying to remove it but the option to remove it is not there. I clicked on the device of interest and instead of having the option to remove it, it says this device needs to be disconnected before I remove it. I paused the wifi for that device but still am not able to remove it. How do I go about taking care off this?

I have unknown devices hooked up to my account and they're not in my household. It's some people who work in my building, I did not give them my password or anything. I need these devices to not be connected to my wifi account period or I will get another wifi service.
