How can I remove my old modem from my account? I am planning to sell it to someone else.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_y18blc Is the modem your own modem or a modem you are renting?

@XfinityVictor It's mine. I am about to sell it to someone else. I upgraded my Internet speed recently and I bought a new modem.

@XfinityVictor Oh, I see what you meant. I bought it. It's not from Xfinity.
