Relocation request

I am having a pool installed and the primary electric lines run straight through the center. The electric company is going to reroute the primary lines. I need to have the cable rerouted as well. I am having trouble getting a hold of Xfinity/Comcast construction to see what needs to be done in order for this to take place.
