Regular Internet Loss (T3/T4) issues
Dear Xfinity Community,
We have been having intermittent internet loss. It started about 2 weeks ago and the internet loss has been more and more frequent. We have to keep on restarting our cable modem and wireless router every few hours.
We followed the troubleshooting tips posted on this forum, and were able to trace down to a series of T3/T4 error on the cable modem, every time the internet loss happens.
We tried both our original cable modem (Arris SB6183) and new cable modem (Netgear CM600). The error log from both modems are similar (Chains of T3/T4 errors every 4-5 hours).
Can anyone give us some advice on how we should approach next?
Thank you for the help & support in advance. Appreciate all of your help.

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.
