Regular connectivity problems after moving gateway
For a little over a week now I have been experiencing intermittent losses of connectivity. Several times a day, often more than once an hour, both Wi-Fi and ethernet connections in my house will be lost. They generally come back after five to ten minutes with no action on my part.
The problems started when I moved the gateway during a large redecoration project. At the time I had accidentally loosened the coaxial cable and thought that might be the source of the problem, but I have since re-tightened it, using both my fingers and a 7/16 in. wrench, and the problem persists. I have tried restarting and power-cycling my gateway, but the problem persists.

The signal stats were o/k at that snapshot in time. Are there any modem error log entries being shown ? If so, please post them as well.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
