Refund escalation issue

I have spoken with Xfinity customer support 7 times in the last week. I have been given a ticket each time. Within 24-48 hours ticket is closed with no explanation or refund. This is what Xfinity did to me. After applying for internet from Xfinity in September 2023 I was told that if I was approved I would have equipment within so many days to install. I never received the equipment and assumed I wasn’t approved for Xfinity since I had a previous issue with a similar business a few years earlier and had owed money to them   Granted I should have caught that they were monthly taking payments from my checking account but I had gone through divorce and never checked my bank account. Now 3 years later I am purchasing a home and my VA loan rep asked me why I didn’t put Xfinity down as a bill on my debt sheet. I was shocked to find out that Xfinity had been charging me since Oct 2023. They collected a total of $2817.29. The first customer service representative credited me back the max amount she was able to of $275 leaving a balance of $2542.29 owed to me. She opened a ticket told me it was a no brainer and I would be refunded after supervisor sees ticket. Nope didn’t happen. That ticket had incomplete information, second ticket was accidentally wrote up as an appointment, third ticket was closed because equipment wasn’t returned, fourth and fifth ticket I wasn’t given an explanation by customer service, sixth ticket said again incomplete information. Now once again another ticket. I know you ask why didn’t I notice the charges to my account. My ex wife handles all my bank stuff. Many surgeries and life happened. I never was someone that would reconcile their checking account. So what do I have to do to get a supervisor to actually talk or call me to settle this dispute?  Like I said earlier “I never have used or had internet from Xfinity but have been charged for almost 3 years. Why?”
