Refrigerator

I have Samsung Family Hub fridge. My WiFi goes out quite a bit despite us having increased the broadband and buying extra pods. The last time it went out I was not able to reconnect. It said I should reconnect and I reset Gateway a thousand times, but it didn't work.
How can I get the WiFi to work through Xfinity? I have done as much as I can through the fridge. Please help me.

If you have any other devices that are hardwired directly to the gateway, do they lose connection also ?
