Recurring packet loss issues

Hello,

I have been dealing with packet loss issues on my xfinity fiber internet for the past few weeks and after 3 technician visits the problem is still not resolved. The technicians have replaced everything possible in my apartment including the modem/coax cable/coax outlet/panel internals as well as cleaning the fiber in the panel. Even after all of these steps I am still seeing about 3-5% packet loss over an ethernet connection directly to my XB8 gateway. I have tested with multiple devices, during all times of day, and consistently see this 3-5% loss. This is very disruptive for WFH video/audio calls as well as online gaming and I really need this issue resolved. Any ideas on how to move forward from here? It seems like I need a technician to inspect the line outside of my apartment, as I'm not sure what could possibly be left to check in my apartment after 3 visits.

This PingPlotter capture shows packet loss to the external destination (8.8.8.8), with loss at the first responding Xfinity hops during similar time periods. Meanwhile, the local gateway (10.0.0.1) shows zero packet loss and consistently low latency:
