Recurring micro drops after neighborhood XFinity upgrades
Since October 20 when work was done in my neighborhood for XFinity service upgrades, I've been experiencing persistent micro drops in internet connectivity every couple of minutes. After hours in chat with support, they were unable to get the issue resolved and they ended up terminating my network completely. I've since gotten a new Gateway and am reconnected. However the micro drops have not subsided. This issue did not happen before the work was done. How do I get the issue escalated past level 1 support so that a tech will investigate the neighborhood node?
