Reconnect service after it’s been disconnected an i apparently no longer have an account

So I paid the 300 late fee for my account to reconnect services after paying said 300 I get instantly signed out of Xfinity amd i go to try and log back in and it’s telling me my account is null and that there’s not an account anymore. She told me after 30 minutes that she couldn’t do anything and to call a number. Guess what I called the number and got the same stupid [Edited: "Language"] bot who doesn’t know the number 1 from 2. This is actually [Edited: "Language"] to the point where Im gonna report my transactions as fraud cuz you don’t deserve the money late or not.
