Recently upgraded modem/plan and now have frequent disconnects

I recently upgraded my internet plan to 2Gbps from 1Gbps and purchased a new Arris S34 cable modem to use the upgraded speed. Ever since, I get frequent disconnects which lasts about a minute or two. When I read the event logs on the cable modem, I see there's multiple T3 time-outs during the time of the disconnects. I have seen this same problem multiple times on here but for some reason, nobody really posts the resolution that fixes the problem.

I reached out to support two different times. The first time, there was some error with the provisioning which the agent took care of. That didn't fix the underlying issue though and the disconnects continued. After another day or two, I contacted support again. This time, the agent pushed some updates that she thought would fix the issue. That also did not fix the issues and the disconnects continued. I now have a tech coming Friday to take a look.

We want your service working great all the time and appreciate the steps you have taken to try and resolve this! With the troubleshooting that has already been done, it is good you are having a technician out. They will get to the root cause of this and fix it. What speed are you seeing come through?
