Recent Upgrade Issues

Yesterday, Xfinity performed upgrades in my area and service was down for a few hours. Once upgrades completed, service was restored. But now when connecting to our separate TV streaming app, local channels are now Philadelphia and no longer NY. Anyone else having this annoying issue?

Hello @user_jw6fkh Can you provide details on what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far? For example, have you rebooted your modem and made sure you were on your private network? You may want to also delete the Xfinity Stream download and try to download it again. I would also double-check your channel lineup using our handy Xfinity App. Just scroll to the purple box "Steaming & TV support and click on the channel lineup button. Let us know if further help is needed.
