Receiving Several Critical Errors Causing Internet to Go Down multiple times an hour
I have had this issue for about 2 weeks.. I have replaced router twice, changed all cables. Had 2 techs come and replace all cables and connectors attached to my house, had an attenuator for -6db added right before modem. Currently using netgear ax2700. I contacted netgear they walked me through some things that may help including setting dns, changing channels for wifi. The issue occurs on ethernet and wifi. I have updated alll drivers on main computer. I have also used my computer for hours on internet phone hotspot with no issues. The disconnects are only between 5-30 seconds most of the time but causes loss of live stream feed for my work. errors include:
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out
DBC-REQ Mismatch Between Calculated Value for P1.6hi Compared to CCAP Provided Value
SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
Dynamic Range Window violation
RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW
please let me know if you see anything strange!!!!
