Rebooting MB8611

Hi,  New service installed a few weeks ago.  Running a MB8611 modem.  Modem is spontaneously rebooting 1-2 times a day.  It is plugged in directly to the first Coax cable into my house, so there are no splitters or other "me" related issues with that side of the network.

Are the SNR numbers and the Corrected errors shown in the picture normal?

If you would, please post your event log (under system, as I recall). Make sure to edit out your MAC address and Xfinity's MAC address from each line as that is considered PII. Also, find out what version of the firmware is installed by looking at the Software tab.

Please redact the cable modem MAC address from your latest post as you did with your earlier post. It has been flagged as 'Private'.

Small update.  According to Xfinity, they aren't pushing a new firmware to the modem.  I guess they think the modem is spontaneously connecting to Motorola and requesting a firmware update.  Also, they wouldn't possibly mark the modem as not approved because why would they do that?  It works some of the time!
