Realtek drivers

I suffered from  low upload speed   a tech came out 5 times one month and  this month  he came again. Everything panned out showing my upload speeds was 38 to 40. Aside from the live agent not having  a signal to my modem  everything was fine. So I did some digging why was my 40 upload exist then suddenly stopped. I realized I updated my driver when it lowered. 

I uninstalled my realtech drivers and cleaned the files left behind. Rebooted and let windows install driver and wallah upload speeds back to 40 again. I went into my properties for my adaptor and advanced to change speed and duplex and gigabit lite is not there nither is  the EEE energy saving modes.. I noticed when they are it  goes back down to 10 Mpbs for upload.

I am writing this here incase anyone else  has this issue. As upload not only needed for live streaming but it helps with online games to upload textures and maps  . Yea I know it memory reliant primarily but upload helps.

I suspect that gigalite is outdated and thus  doesn't play well with the latest speeds I can't be sure I know my speeds improve with it  gone.

Anyway it's work doing this  and checking ethernet cable and all that
