In my experience you cannot. I’ve tried over and again. A supposed Xfinity real person on this help forum told me to text them in a private message the specifics. Like a fool I did. No one replied. There is no way to get help or even effectively report them. Their chat is AI. It claims they are real but it is not. Someone suggested going to an Xfinity store for help.
