Real person

We've been having trouble with our internet repeatedly, I have done all of the automated troubleshooting and cannot get to a live agent on the chat function to save my life. Calling is challenging because one of the problems is the xfinity wi-fi seems to interfere with t-mobile calls. That is - I can use T-mobile phone service as long as my phone is not connected to my home wi-fi. If the phone is connected to home wi-fi (regardless of the status of wi-fi calling), the call quality dramatically decreases if it goes through at all. Moreover, we are finding interruptions in standard wi-fi service to be routine at this point on multiple different devices. Ookla tests show less than 10 mbps regularly, but then a few minutes later it will be back over 100. How do I get a real person to chat?

Hello @user_n74tl0 thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your internet connection, and thank you for sharing the steps you've already taken. That’s helpful!. If you are still needing assistance if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
