RE: YouTube cache node 50.151.220.26 not accepting TCP from my area (YouTube buffering)

Same cluster, same problem here (Broward County, FL). It's not just .26. 50.151.220.21, .24 and .26 all ignore TCP 443 from my connection. Ping to them works fine at ~12 ms, the SYN just never gets answered.

It breaks Play Store downloads too, not only YouTube. Android resolves rr9.sn-bvvbaxivnuxqjvhj5nu-hp56.gvt1.com to .24 and hangs on it for 130 seconds every time. Updates sit on Pending, then fail.

user_63zlv0 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your connection issues. This would be frustrating, and we would love to make sure you get the help you need. Are you still running into the same drops in your connectivity? If so, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
