Yes it is, I have found it works great, there are different ways to go about it, I just set the main gateway/routers address to 10.0.0.1, then set the dhcp accordingly for that router, then set the second routers ip to 10.0.1.1, then set that routers dhcp according, do it this way you have 2 separate networks that don't communicate with each other, both have their own WiFi and Ethernet connections, they don't conflict with each other at all, if you need a different setup their are way to configure it
