Re: Terribly Unstable Ping During Morning and Afternoon
Comcast/Xfinity is not delivering what we are paying for. We have been experiencing so many issues in the last few months. When I make a comment they delete my replies because I am telling people they are not alone. The techs keep telling us, we are an isolated problem and act as if they never heard about these very same issues. So for the longest time we thought we had to rewire the entire house (expensive) but finally one of the many techs that have come over actually was witness of all the issues (OnDemand and internet speed). We are still waiting for them to come up with a solution or refund our money on what they cannot deliver. We are located in Central valley California.
