I just ordered an Xb7 last night to see if it fixes my exact issues. I too have a netgear modem/router. I haven’t had a tech out yet since I don’t want my modem to be blamed and get charged for the visit. Figured I can rent one and if the issue persists they can’t blame my equipment. Mine is 3 years old and I actually got an email saying it was time for an upgrade. We will see
