Im having the same issue. I jave changed 3 modems now, and all they tell me is that everything looks good on their end. On my 3th modem i started to get around 260mbps then back to 69mbps. I'm getting to the point where im just going to go back to at&t. They don't offer mbps as high, but at least with them, i get what i pay for.
