I'm also having this problem for the past week. Is this related to COVID internet traffic or due to my modem?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?Is this a WiFi connection ?
The modem is an Arris TG1682G and I'm using Wifi and I'm close to the gateway. Thanks.
The stats are o/k but you appear to be missing a number of downstream channels. There should be at least 31 or 32. Try power-cycling the modem several times to see if it will lock on to more channels.
These stats are while it is working; I'm unable to access the router's page when the internet goes down. It seems to happen every day, several times a day. It comes back on after rebooting the modem multiple times.
