Re: Internet keeps dropping - at my wits end

I have a Motorola 8600 DOCSIS 3.1 and as of the last several days it keeps dropping the connection due to "Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow"

  Hardware VersionV1.0


   Software Version8600-18.2.17


SNR is 36-40 dB, depending on the channel for download
Power for upload is 41.5 to 43.5 for upload
I had a street to house cable replaced by Comcast at the end of June,  and everything was fine for a while.
As of the last month, the modem keeps registering a LOT of SYNC Timing issues.
Motorola claims that it is a problem on the Comcast end.
What is going on?

Please also post the downstream channel power level numbers and the error / event log entries from the modem.
