For what it's worth, our neighborhood has been having problems this entire year (pre-Covid.) Many calls ago, a Xfinity person told me there was "an open workorder for a node at the plant" that needed to be repaired. Next time I called, I was told everything looked good. Today, the person I spoke with said it was evident there are problems with the service, "many, many drops...just looking at December." I was assured it would be remedied soon. Hopeful, but not holding my breath. Good luck to you!
