I had the same problem with that router.

I completely complained and the employee there just brushed me of with the idea that I was using too much devices and then she tried to tell me that I wasn't supposed to use an extender. She also was basically trying to tell me that my router was not good enough. Even though it's 3.0 and 3.1. So then she just tried to offer me their rental device with pretty much almost the same 4×8 router to replace this 2×4 router and make it sound better.
