Re: Intermittent Connectivity Drops
I'm having this same exact issue as well. Troubleshot Wi-Fi, LAN, WiFi router (Modem in Bridge Mode), and specific apps like online gaming as well as VoIP and video chatting gets disconnect issues. This is driving me insane, Xfinity needs to resolve this asap, as we've been having these issues since the very day we got the service. I have no other options in this area otherwise I would have been ditched them.
