Re: I need a Comcast/Xfinity engineer & technicians help in regards to wifi

I agree as I also need somone with networking skills! Xfinity customer security assurance is clueless and the techs, they have no clue and send me right back to security assirance! I have been hacked for over two years and I know the person responsible has to be either an engineer or a developer. I say this because how this began, all my google email accounts started becoming developer accounts. Then my apps on my phones started becoming developer apps and home network was being administered! Then I said I'll ditch all those emails and I'll make a new Gmail! Every Gmail there after that I created to get away from the others were magically linked somehow to the ones I was trying to outrun! Here I am 2 years later and oh what I have learned!  Anyway, this person or persons I believe I know them but thats beside the point! Every night at 10 P.M. like clockwork they link my account to me and run my network!  I have all Xfi7 and the new DVR and I have a phone through xfinity! My problem is my Router is somehow the network controller its Mac address is listed as the wifi address and all of our phones, PCs are also listed by their mac address!  My LAN is highjacked by node 225 and my router is obviously being controlled by switches! I have cell service that I literaly just set up with xfinity on the 27 of january! For at least a month before that there is and still is an EAP connection on my gateway! If I lose my internet when pull 50 ft out of my driveway and the three networks shoeing up on all our devices are excellent! They are coming from my house so the XFINITY eap connection is now what this xfinity mobile connects to!  I should say that I know they are sending spam almost running a business from my house it looks like! My mobile and home network they have IPs and DNS addresses the same as an xfinity business internet would!  Xfinity could send a refresh signal over and over but my XFI router never refreshes. In fact I can't even perform a factory reset on my router. It never releases the network name and the strangest thing is my past network names are all listed as networks of my neighbors! Last night I actually went and swapped out the router for a new one and for a min I got into the router logs and I downloaded them! Also,  before the covid lockdown my billing and service address were not on my account like now! There was no billing address just my address but now there is my name and address and my account number written like (this is not my account # just an example)  6789093476541254  and then my address and it says PREFERRED! then my same address is linked  and my account # is written like this 6789 0934 7654 1254 and my address is written the same except for this one has the additional 4  numbers of my zipcode and it says PRIMARY!  Please dont insult me but telling me to unlink them, Duhhh....if only so simple! No, it's the strangest thing because it will only let me nickname the linked (my duplicate but different account). The Xfinity representatives see no issue in it although I knew something was off with that. Last night I saw the hacker using the account with spaces and my account was not linked!  Thats tje genuine account and even though I ordered data and this new iphone which i have have had four days now I have no mobile service at 10 P.M I have to be on wifi to have Data because they become my account using my account!  It gets better this phone came with accessability features turned on in fact it has the esim activated and mot by me! Im not even user 1 on this device and Ill post so someone can tell me what a  myphone#vzims.com is and also what  mobile carrier xfinity 45.0 is because when I look up the dns and ip config it says it is a comcast business account! We would literally be here a week if I told everything! Just look at the pics thr router logs and if someone knows anything I'm so interested! Mostly appreciative of your time, thank

No I can see the other person using my screen and I read the whole manual! The manual says when dual sims are in use then duplicate apps will show up in the library! Well there are tons of duplicates in the library at night when the person logs in! Plus it said that while we both can make calls and stuff only one person can use data at a time! That would explain why at night it says I need to add a cellular plan! No someone is using my phone and I know they are a developer because they log everything I have logs! You can clearly see on the pics I posted someone has created emulators on my phones and set up a node on my xfinity router! I don't know if this is because there is a vulnerability in this router? I know the firmware needs to be updated because I have micro trend home network and that box keeps telling me! I can't make xfinity update it so I'm wondering if anyone knows: If I just buy my own router will that remove the node or how do you remove a node from your network? This phone before I even set up anything had experimental features enabled and accessibility set up for Braille and voice and an external keyboard and there are features I can't turn off! I've owned a few iPhones they don't come like this! This phone has someone using it and they are user one and I am just a standby user!  Does anyone know what RT buddy is?

Tell me who is generating these log reports, sending them out and erasing them from my cloud and device if I'm not?

Let me ask you, where did you actually get your phone? Was it new or used?

Ok, this other person must be signed into your icloud account, if they are, their apps will show up on your iphone, so quite possiably this is how they access the iphone, also from your icloud account, you can add other phone numbers to reach you at thru  your icloud account, there will be also trusted numbers that can receive sensitive info, i have a feeling this is how they are manipulating your iphone, i didnt explore all the options, you might look into it, on your iphone look at whats in the setting of the icloud, just a thought

@flatlander3 @I just updated my older iPhone 8, and went from 11 to 12, so you were right, I believe you were also right it probably was a used phone, because she said options were already enabled, probably never factory reset, all the other advice was spot on

@Chrissy-Castro  I looked up that vzim.com number you posted, that is actually a Verizon number, not Xfinity, from what I can tell, it belongs to someone named Bianca, that's lives in Wayne, Michigan, I am not sure how accurate the info is, I got it from a reverse lookup app I have, so have you actually looked at the SIM card in your phone to see what it is? Did Xfinity actually send you a SIM card for your iPhone? Did you activate it?
@flatlander3  I am curious if that phone was cloned before she got it, I read that if it was, if you use the find my phone app it will probably show where the other is, I am not very up to speed on that stuff

For "Find iPhone", I don't know if it will show the other clone or not.  Never cloned one myself and that's pretty much not very legal 🙂

Now about the phone.  I guess my concern would be, is it a stolen phone that was cloned with a non-reported stolen IMEI number so it would work with a carrier, and if you are going to run into problems later on down the road when a duplicate IMEI shows up on a network somewhere......

This is something for the Apple Store.  I think it's worth a trip to one and have them pull your contacts out of the sim, and straighten out any music or app purchases to a brand new freshly created Apple ID.  Then have them nuke all the information on it.

Then there's the other route.  Trade this one in for another Xfinity phone, factory default it with Settings->General->Reset  "All Content and Settings" and be done with it........make sure the new phone you get is factory defaulted when you get it before you try to activate it.

Well....I should add  since it's an Xfinity mobile, if you got it from them -- Call an Xfinity Mobile Specialist at (888) 936-4968.  Tell them the situation, there's left over information from a pervious owner, and see if you can swap for free.  Worth a try.  They should have blanked it themselves for a refurb.
