I am getting similar issues with a new arris sb6190 which I bought since comcast stated that my old sb6120 was the issue- but now having issues with the sb6190- with tlv-11 unrecognized OID and T3 timeouts, etc. Have been promised resolution on several days and may finally have a tech coming out tomorrow.
previously this has been an issue with the feeder line being waterlogged, but this time comcast insisted that it was the modem, so new modem - 3 days to activate- and still having the issue.
what information do I need to show to highlight the issue for the technician?
