They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
Thanks. I just spent like 3hours on the phone. One rep at some advanced home services said she was adding it and we got "disconnected", then when I called back i I was told I had to call Arris to enable the 2nd IP address. I asked for a supervisor, who also tried to tell me the same thing. I'm certain Arris has no hand in this other than just being who manufactures it.
