Re: Frequent, intermittent Internet outages

For the past 3 - 4 days my internet drops randomly. Spoke with a tech and he basically talked to me like I was dumb. Every PC I have owned i built so I really don't appreciate that. All he could come up with was to power cycle router and modem. No effect and I told him this cause I've been doing it to no effect. Smart TV and 2 S9's only users.

Are these with WiFi connections ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the router device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
