Re: Error logs for Netgear modem; limited connectivity

I’m having what I believe is the same issue. My WiFi has been crashing 4 or more times a day. The last service person to my home verified that it is a line issue, but the work order either didn’t work or was never done.

I can’t find a way to get the modem history for my Comcast modem. By phone, Comcast denies that it is their issue by phone.
