I am having issues with Disney Plus as well.
I tried the
nslookup www.disneyplus.com
I got this....
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.1
DNS REQUEST TIMED OUT (4 different lines of the same)

Seems that there may be a problem with that site's DS records / DNSKEY records;
The site admin / webmaster should be contacted regarding this.
