RE: Direct messaging.

My super pod (XE2SG) now has a blinking red light and will not connect. How do I fix that ?

Hello @honick! Thanks for taking the time to reach back out on our Forums. We appreciate you being a customer with us, and I am sorry to hear that your Pod is blinking red and won't connect. My team is here to help and would be more than happy to further troubleshoot this with you.
