We are having the same problems and the same frustraction. I really want to cancel the service and switch to ATT right away, unfortunately, we are still under the one-year contract.

Then it may be best to get a tech out to investigate. 1800comcast.

We have already gone through the troubleshooting procedures several times, and it doesn't help at all.
