RE: Cable Modem Issues - T3 Timeout & Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing, Uncorrectable Codeword Errors
Good Afternoon, I'm not sure if this post is still being responded to. I found it via a Google search on Event log error messages. Coincidentally, I am also using the same equipment (CM3000 & TP Link routers). I've been tracking this activity for several weeks. I had called xFinity who was going to send a tech out. In the meanwhile, your back office kept pushing notifications at me that everything looked fine from your systems and encouraged me to cancel the appointment?? I did - taking the "be patient and keep monitoring" mentality. To follow is the most recent portion of my event log. This is just today. I will wait for a response before calling the dreadful toll free #. Thank you.

Quick question, are you seeing service issues when this happens as well, or is it just that the error logs are concerning?
