Re: Arris SVG2482AC DNS Settings

I have the same problem with regard to setting "parental controls" on my Arris SVG2482AC.  Can I put it on bridge mode to utilize it as a modem only and then pair it with a standalone router?  Will this work?  If so, does anyone have suggestions on a router to pair with it?

For me, it's either this or give and buy one of their router/modem combo gateways that is XFi compatible.
