Re: Arris Surfboard SB6190 keeps disconnecting
I have the similiar problem recently with the same model Arris SB6190. It happened almost every day around 10:45am in last 30 days. Never happend before. Is there a solution for this issue?

I read the post, checked the cable connection, AFAIK, there is no splitter between the input cable to cable modem, and it tightly connected. I kept checking the event log since my last post. I still experience the same issue. The cable modem may restart at early morning 4~5 AM, but almost every day (weekday), it restarts during 10:30am to 11:00am PDT, after that time the modem works without any problem. I'm wondering if this is the issue of street level.
I was using my laptop connecting to XFINITY wifi hotspot near my hourse at the time when my modem restarted. I observed that my laptop's network reconnected.
Here is the status at 12:44pm PDT today.
