Me too.    I thought they had fixed this but later my son tells me that he has been unplugging the cable modem every 4-5 days when it acts up to turtle speed or disconnects.

 

I wonder if it has anything to do with DHCP lease expire time for IPv4 and IPv6. and the ability to renew connection.

My previous modem/wifi router never had issues but it was only rated at 300.

so much for upgrading to frustration based on xfinity's recommendation list.

 

So many people are having this problem.  Less than 60% 5-star rating!!! on amazon.

 

I hope they have an upgraded firmware to fix this issue.
