Re: Another Arris SB8200 slow download performance problem

Was anuone able to help with this.

My stats are much the sames, better on updload than before, but slower on download.

Was at 345 without new moder, now lucky to get to 300, for gigbit service.

THis is so frerustrating.

Called xfinity 5 times, and Arris support as well.

xfinity says it is Arris, and Arris ays it is xfinity.

Please help.

About to just terminate sevice.
