Random latency with Wi-Fi in a location that was always perfect
been with Comcast for years now and I playk games on my laptop in my living room on the couch sometimes. For the majority of 4 years it’s been perfect with no latency spikes. Now randomly, in the exact same spot I always sit I get consistent spikes every 20 seconds ish. The odd part is if I get closer to the router it works perfectly fine. Nothing has changed as far as distance or even router position but I cannot digure out what the issue is. This happened a few years ago and it randomly resolved itself even after having 4 techs come out to try and fix it which ultimately they never did. I just kind of said [Edited: "Language"] and then randomly it was perfect for another 2 years. Anyone have any ideas on why this would happen?
